There are some who don't think he will display well athletically at the combine - so Monday's Game and the Combine will mean the difference in several million dollars...

Interesting.
Im still thinking that trading back to gain a second rounder if possible is the way to go,unless the player on the board is just too good to turn down.
Hard to tell what need done yet though,need to get the cap room opened up and some free agents in.

Fields was a good pick, despite him being a square peg being punched into a round hole - his athleticism, speed were so great that he still played well...

He went to Carolina and then retired due to his battle with Hodgkin's lymphoma...

He was a great player and I was miffed we lost him to Carolina...

The Saints would be a great fit for Richardson, too. He could play defensive end in potential running situations and move inside to tackle on pass plays. Richardson would be a huge upgrade for New Orleans' defensive line, and the team badly needs a player like him on defense.

Well, I thought that a tweener from the draft might be the best answer to the front 4 woes, since it would almost be two guys with one pick, but they'd still need another impact player like Johnson via FA.
