Re: 2014 NFL Draft
Well looks like my guy Allen Robinson is doing everything rite & silencing critics like i thought he would at his proday today. Yes that is a 4.4 40 he ran and 42 vertical!!!
@Gil_Brandt: WR Allen Robinson having big day at #PennState pro day. 42 VJ, 11 BJ, sub-4.5 40. Stock will be up after today. #NFLDraft |

Re: 2014 NFL Draft
That kind of size and length with speed in the 4.4's, wow! And he has some polish as a WR. Sounds a LOT like Colston a few years ago, minus the small-school mystery. Our offense could turn him into a superstar.

Re: 2014 NFL Draft
Exactly... Ive been beating the table for this guy, now im worried our chances of landing him in 1 or 2 are getting alot thinner as his stock will definitely be on the rise. Tomlin and chip kelly were in attendance but no word on who else at this time. Hopefully the saints had someone there

solid No. 2 option? upside is there and i give the kid credit for hanging in at Penn ST. after all the crap went down. he now is in the mix with Lee and Benjamin now. i would take him over Benjamin all day long. IMO Robinson is more polished as a WR at this point. Lee has that JR year of stardom followed by a senior year of poor QB play. he should have come out last year. I like the maturity and the mental toughness he showed at Penn St. on and off the field. i could live with the pick. Then again his pro day may get him drafted ahead of us and increase the chance of a nice player dropping into our laps. so i look at the pro day as a win win for the saints. record number of WR taken in the first round this year? maybe |
