Re: 2014 NFL Draft
Last year was bad enough in regards to the pocket and I really do not want to see Drew getting sandwiched because he has no pocket to step into this year. There isnt many top vets around to bring in that are a lock to play better than what we had last year. Id be hapoy to see Goodwin play out his ladt year with us and try and get another ring while helping his replacement get ready for a year.

Re: 2014 NFL Draft
Bryan Stork Fla St. OC/OG/OT/TE
versatile player for sure but i worry about injury. foot knee shoulder agility in the phone booth is not his greatest trait. I see a lot of DLP in the kid. teams will stunt him and blitz him all game long. In no way could he start anytime soon. |

Re: 2014 NFL Draft
Really hope Shazier and Ford are smoke screens; it'll be Jenkins 2.0 with the bowtie and BS game and Ford is Galette which we already have a limited-to-pass-rush linebacker...
Hoping Stork is also a smoke screen as I'd rate Bodine, Larsen, Stone ahead of him and should also be avaiable... Like that we met with Aikens, hoped the Saints identified him to develop behind Keenan Lewis... Josh Walker private meeting is interesting; Walker could be drafted in the sixth round or, more likely, groundwork for an UDFA sigining... Demarcus Lawrence?!? hmm... |

Middle Tennessee State offensive guard Josh Walker is scheduled for a private workout with the Indianapolis Colts' offensive line coach on Monday, according to a league source.
He visits the Colts this week. He also has an April 9 visit with the New Orleans Saints. Walker was an All-Conference USA selection. A durable player who never missed a game, Walker has drawn middle to later-round draft grades despite not being invited to the NFL scouting combine. The 6-foot-5 and 5/8, 320-pounder has good size, strength and mobility working in his favor Source: Middle Tennessee State guard Josh Walker has a private workout with Colts | National Football Post Walker has official visits with the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts. Aaron Colvin. Recovering from ACL injury. Late round steal?
"According to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports, Colvin is visiting the Saints and 49ers, after already making a trip to meet with the Eagles" And this: Louisville S Calvin Pryor has three #NFL team visits this week: #Saints (today), #Bengals, #Jets. |
