My argument against that is the one presented to me by Oak, I believe. You bet the house on the player who can immediately come in and give you three or four more wins in that first season. What about the FG that was missed early on in the game that would've made the difference between needing seven or three in the final minutes? It happens a lot. With the exception of our O Line, we are in really good shape with the players returning from injuries and our FA acquisitions. Especially on defense. The one glaring hole, that missing premier player is our place kicker. Why would we want someone mediocre to fill that slot? It'd be like drafting another shoulder tackler.

the kicking game does worry me. i watched more on the kid from Rice. line drive kicker. NFL DL will eat him up unless he corrected it.

I just read that players get to choose their own 'walk out' music for when they're picked this year. I don't know if that's cool or absurd. Definitely gonna make it even more of a circus that's for sure.
