And we can't run the 3-4 effectively with only one 5 technique DE in Cameron Jordan. Akiem Hicks is a DT/NT. Thats what he was in college and what he was originally drafted to be when we drafted him. By taking Dupree and making him a fulltime 3-4 DE, that would allow us to move Akiem to his natural position of NT and that will go a long way towards shoreing up both the run and pass defenses. Trust me, Dupree will be a defensive line stud for years to come.

NELSON AGHOLOR USC 6001 185 4.42 ranked as a round 2 now? trade back into 2? grrrr how about a Mr Everything? Tony Lippett WR/CB/FS/KR Michigan State 6034 198 pro day 4.46 seconds to 4.52 Similarly, wideout Tony Lippett enjoyed a strong performance during positional drills, showing off impressive fluidity for his 6-foot-2 (and 5/8"), 191 frame and also catching the ball well. Lippett is a solid second-tier receiver prospect but some clubs see him projecting even better at cornerback, where he played occasionally for the Spartans. Following the workout, Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio had this to say about his versatile pass-catcher. "I heard one scout say [Lippett] has hawk awareness. He can pick the ball up at the blink of an eye and determine where it's going and pick it. I really think today opened a lot of people's eyes." love players from 3 on that can play multi positions to make the club 2015 NFL Draft: Five Takeaways from this week's Pro Day workouts - CBSSports.com |

Re: 2015 draft??
I can easily see us finishing the draft with 2 first rounders, 2 second rounders, and 1 third and 1 fourth.
First round: 13th overall selection First round: 31st overall selection (from Seattle, via Jimmy Graham trade) Second round: 44th overall selection Third round: 75th overall selection Third round: 78th overall selection (from Miami, via Kenny Stills trade) Fifth round: 148th overall selection Fifth round: 154th overall selection (from Kansas City, via Ben Grubbs trade) Sixth round: 186th overall selection Seventh round: 230th overall selection |
