No, it cannot stay like this for another year after this year.

Right now, he, his staff, his team have to regroup during the bye week . Maybe yesterday was their turning point.
I am just hoping for a 9-7 season. 8-8 even.

I hate to say it but for Payton's health he probably needs to get away from the New Orleans culture. Too many temptations here and it's pretty obvious the guy has problems when it comes to having fun recreationally. He's got it made here. He doesn't want to change his lifestyle and the gravy train that is Bensons money. People with his type of personality don't like change.
