this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; 97 - Al-Quadin Muhammad ... IIRC he started with the 1's last pre season game. Don't think he made a play. Very quiet camp thus far. Hopefully he gains momentum....

I got roasted a week or so ago when I stated that the Muhammad needs to elevate his game. He had 27 snaps last week vs Cardinals yet he didn't record a single QB "hit" or tackle. Those young bucks aren't going to wait around for him. Right now quite a few guys are ahead of him on the depth chart.
Definitely a "bubble" guy in 2018. |

Rez, you're probably right and the sad thing about it , Muhammad has better speed, moves (and size) than Jovais or Edebali had at this point of their careers...
We've got some quality depth on the defensive line and it's been years since we could say that, almost never under a Sean Payton team... |
