I was thinking the same thing.

If he doesn't make it in the NFL he'd be a good candidate for President.

No Grayson wasn't; and Grayson regressed while he was here as he had the benefit of going through three (3) full training camps...

Hill was picked up after Training Camp last season (Cut-down Day); so he's only had one Training Camp with the Saints...

Keep the record straight, accurate...

OK, perhaps not more NFL ready, but certainly as NFL ready. Yet I recall most folks around here were ready to burn Garrett at the stake after his first training camp. Hell, even before. Taysom hasn't shown any sign of progression yet. I don't count the first preseason game where he came in against a bunch of scrubs who probably won't have jobs in the league in a couple weeks. Garrett's first preseason game was pretty similar. Came in at the end and looked competent. We all know how that turned out.. I'd be happy to be proven wrong about Taysom, but I don't see it. And I don't understand the man crush some folks have on him. He looked utterly and completely lost against Arizona. The moment was too big for him, and it was only a preseason game against a vanilla defense.

Whether Taysom has played in one game or 12, one thing I do know is that Coach Payton will not tolerate turnovers (3 fumbles & 2 lost) & not protecting the ball.

4 turnovers in a half is unacceptable at any level.

Those fumbles were just silly. I can live with the first pick eventhough I feel like he should have thrown it as soon as the receiver broke on his slant...but the second one and those fumbles? Silly.

I thought the same with one exception. His balls don't fly like a duck. Dude can pass. Just needs reps and will turn out ok. Everything in life requires EXPERIENCE. Apply for a job lately? Experience is key. Taysom has the tools.

UDFA QB's who play on special teams become starting QBs pretty much never + Hill's hands are too small (see fumbles in p/s game #2). NFL Scouts/analysts make reference to these details for a reason. I just hope this kid isn't getting reps because he's athletic.

FYI, the great Drew Brees has 10+ inch hands.

You sir, win the prize for the absolute dumbest thing read on the internet for the day...HUZZAHHH!!!

GG couldn't find an open wide receiver with 3 to 1 WR to DB ratio.
