Was curious on that one play where Collins caught the over the shoulder ball who it looked like to y'all... In truth, Collins would be a work in progress; my hope was Mims would be there in R4 for us, his grade Pre-Senior Bowl, but he's improved his stock... |

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects
- Has to be a legit speed guy at WR.
- OG needs to be a mauler. A nasty streak. - DT needs to be a legit pass rusher. Not a NT or tweener. - Need both cover and thumper at LB. - A TE who can excel at blocking or receiving. Both is the impossible dream. - If a legit RB falls, as they have been lately, it is a need. |

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects
We have that player, with some juice, in M. Thomas; we don't have a WR-Z who runs consistent routes, quick acceleration, turbo-boost option, reliable handling, and a go get ball GPS - what we've had is Ted Ginn...

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects
I agree Thomas is alot like Colston but put 2 of them on the field and it would command double teaming one leaving one in single coverage. Would be extreamly hard to cover, not to mention the TE or swing back being thrown to at will. Defensive nightmares all over the field. Also agree about Ginn but not so sure we have to have a burner to have great success.

What we don't have is a Brandin Cooks/Devery Henderson/Robert Meachem to s-t-r-e-t-c-h the field, Ginn was overpaid for three seasons to do it... Make Brees' passing target buckets bigger, and, as an added plus, you afford even more YAC opportunities... We've got to stretch the field... |
