As I have mentioned before, one of the news anchors for FOX 8 is my son's best friend and is almost like another son to us. I asked him about this and he said 8 did their story on this back in December and AP hasn't really come up with anything new. If the wire pops up with New Orleans related anything they'll share it.

Yes. Same thing with nothing new. Associated Press still trying to make a story out of their wanting access to emails that the plaintiffs and their attorneys already have access to. The only new thing is that the AP appears to have backed off on some of their suppositions about what true involvement the Saints had in the whole affair. They were treading into the area of libel and backtracking was a wise move.

As I mentioned earlier, my former editor works for an AP office and he hadn't even heard anything about it until I brought it up to him recently.
