Yeah not good, although there wasn’t much good anywhere today. I’d put ore blame on the defensive side.

Why not? 236 rushing yards and 2 TD's is solely on the defense.

The high-powered, Saints offense can’t score 25 points? Taysom Hill’s two turnovers and those two missed field goals killed this game. For all those rushing yards the Eagles weren’t really controlling the game because of it. The time of possession was about equal. The bulk of Sanders yards came from one play.

Where was the #1 defense in the 1st half?

The 1st half was definitely different than the 2nd. There was no film on Hurts and the gameplan.

They had plently of film on Hurts from Alabama and OU. His game hasn’t changed.

Defense didn’t execute containment, especially in the first half and the offense didn’t arrive at the stadium until the 2nd half.

Absolutely, are you serious? 230+ yards rushing, once again we make a young qb look like the next messiah. I put most of it on the staff plus the defense.

Hurts looked decent. We definitely didn’t make him look like a messiah. He completed 57% of his passes and protected the ball like he did at Alabama. His damage came on the ground from scrambles because we play a lot of man and **** was locked up. Again, a big chunk of that yardage came on one play. The defense gave up 24 points. The league average is 25 points. Offense and special teams couldn’t even be average.
