One thing I have learned about the FO is expect the unexpected. They will go off map and under rocks looking for gems. They do need to get better and I think they have... last year and hopefully this year will start making a huge difference.

I don't think they are handcuffed to pick based on needs... its BPA.

Oh yes they are. It's just that in the past, their idea of needs haven't always been based in reality.
