I think that just goes to show the maturity (some say dedication) of fans in that part of the world. Canada does the same thing with hockey...but it doesn't happen all that often in the US. Only times it does involves a championship game...and it doesn't happen that often (idk if I mentioned that yet lol)

I do like that most people miss that futbol is just the Spanish translation...or that all other countries spell/pronounce it that way.

I haven't been here much during the playoffs, because I didn't want to catch any spoilers, since watched the games later than the lot of you. I have to say that those were really disappointing playoffs as far as quality of games and fierceness of competition goes, and that is my honest opinion, regardless of how much I dislike the Kings.

Some of the earlier round games were very entertaining - some Red Wings vs Predators games come to mind for example - but the conference finals and the actual finals were a huge let down in my opinion.

Here's to hoping next season's playoffs will be of a higher quality and congrats to the Kings!
