Afterwards, however, I'll eat up some of that smoked salmon I made this summer with jalepeno cream cheese on some pepper crackers.

T-bone and baked apples. Air fryer style. Motel cooking, not my prefered method for a steak but will do.

This is the perfect weekend to create a moose cheese steak!

I'm seriously thinking about replacing the turkey on Thanksgiving. Cheese steaks are close to the top of the list.
