Gonna grab a burger. I’m personally really bummed. I know we all have issues in life and this may not seem like a large thing compared to hurricanes or marital problems or health issues...but I just 20 minutes ago had to put down a pet I’ve had for over 20 years. He was a cat named Shea Stadium and he’s been my second closest companion for almost half my life. God just got himself one hell of a cat! I’m gonna drown my sorrows and have a meal.

Sorry to hear that man. I lost my blue heeler, Rocker, a decade ago. I can't bring myself to get another dog, even today. He was my partner.

So anyway I can relate. Hang in there.

Me too Halloween.

What kind of dog do you have? I have a Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) & he's 2.

Tough to hear... I had to do the same for mine three years ago. He was only 8.5 years old, had thromboembolism. I haven't had a pet since. The temptation to get another is strong in the beginning.

Sorry to hear about the cat, Boston. We have two ourselves. Both were local strays that adopted us. Installed chip sensor cat doors so they can still come and go, but both spend much of the day with us inside.
