I'm for Allen. He's grown as a defensive coordinator here and I have no reason to think he won't grow as Head Coach. He has past bad experience and has also been working with a master now for a long time. Continuity for him as well as us would be great. I say it's worth it as it is minimal risk and keeps us on track. Remember THIS coaching staff went through this crazy season together. I BELIEVE THEY WILL BE STRONGER FOR IT. Pull the trigger Ms. B!
