Or, able to remain on as DC if someone from the outside assumes those duties. I cannot remember a time that a team brought in a HC from elsewhere and kept the prior HC's staff in place. It could have happened, but not to my knowledge.

Our cap is not as dire as some think. They just do not understand the dynamics of this cap management concept. Our roster is also not lacking of talent. There's no reason why we can't keep anyone we want as far a free agents go. We have the second best record in the NFL over the past five seasons, including 2021. It's definitely not time for a rebuild. |
