Juju, Hardman, Scantling, Moore, Toney & an All Pro TE.

Andy Reid knows he'll need more weapons when he faces the Bills again ... probably in the AFC title game & a trip to the Super Bowl.

I would go after Bradley Chubb.

Former NC State star. Reunite him with Ryan Nielsen.

There's been a great deal of talk this week here in Denver about the team trading him. Maybe Payton Turner and a 3rd?

No idea what it would take but I'd rather Chubb than Davenport right now.

Let's not forget that he was the one that egged Thomas on until he snapped in practice. Yes, he's got an edge we liked, but sometimes those edges slice both ways.
Hmmm.

I recall being told repeatedly to believe the reports that all players and coaches had squashed that beef. Moved on even. Interesting.

Now where did I say they hadn't "squashed that beef" and hadn't "moved on"? It was no longer an issue from what I had heard and read from all involved.

But I was using that old example of Gardner-Johnson being an irritant. If he had done it before, whether totally resolved or not, it shows that he can be a distraction. Not saying that's what happened, but stressing that we don't know all that was involved in the decision to move him.

Speaking of "pass rush" or lack there of ...

Payton Turner. Correct me if I'm wrong but he's been a healthy scratch a couple of times this season.

Our D line needs guys to step up. Cam Jordan can't continue to do it off the edges by himself every week.

You are correct. No idea what the issue is but if we're talking trade, who would you rather trade - Davenport OR Turner?

Here's the Saints Injury Reports. Turner hasn't been a healthy scratch once according to the reports.

Turner was active and played weeks 1, 3, and 4. He was inactive weeks 2, 5, 6, and 7, all with a chest injury. Last week was the first time he's even been able to practice at all since week 4 and was limited. Yesterday was the first time he's been a full go in practice since week 4.

It looks like we'll have Turner back this week. Hopefully it pays dividends with the rush.

Yeah you did

It's like the deal between Brees and Malcolm Jenkins. That was a hundred times more intense and Jenkins stated since that they love each other like brothers and that's all in the past. If they can do it surely Gardner-Johnson and Thomas can over a stupid little camp scuffle.

Oh, and Thomas was not sent home for a week for what happened with Gardner-Johnson. According to Payton he was sent home because got into it with a coach AFTER the incident You need to get your story right, my friend.
