Me too .

Reminds me of those NFL players of the early 90s. Tough, team guy & leaves it all on the field every single Sunday.

We need more players like Hill.

Re: New Orleans Saints signing quarterback Derek Carr to four-year deal

A snippet of gospel truth from that article:

You donít get into sports management to save a billionaire owner some money on payroll. Fans donít tune in every week or spend thousands of dollars on tickets and traveling to support a team thatís trying to tank. Sports are entertainment, and the Saints are embracing that by doing all they can to maximize their resources. You donít have to pay interest on future cap space or win more games for having unspent cap space. You play to win the game and that extends to the front office.

We can agree or disagree on whether Carr is the right guy for the job, and not every team has the appetite to pay out a bunch of signing bonuses every year, but itís not a moral failing to try and win now. In an industry where few people are fortunate to hold the same job for even three years, the only real choice is to live in the moment and compete on Sundays.

Fox Sportsí Nick Wright couldnít be more wrong about the Saints and the salary cap

That is Nicks role on the show and I think he comes by it naturally. Guy is walking talking repository of sports fact and statistics and can but together a strong counterpoint or position to Kevin Broussardís commentary or for them comment on his narrative. Good show really enjoy when Nick does not go to the absolute Darkside on issues.

Hey itís an opinion show and you get hear all sides of the issues.

Chiefs.

Remember his take right after they drafted Patrick Mahomes? Yeah, how did that work out for ya buddy?

Honestly, some of these "expert" takes are no better than mine .
