Wilson looks a great young QB. If they give him weapons and let him take control Graham does well imo

Or Brian Parker out of the University of Albany...

They've got the size that Clive doesn't; and it seems Clive is like Jimmy - he just wants to catch balls...

Clive is an all around modern day TE. My only issue with him is the occasional drop. Other than that he blocks well, runs great and creates mismatches all over

I read an article on Who Dat Dish saying Clive left a bad impression with coaches for the combine. Apparently he had an attitude when being interviewed. I would post the link, but im not sure how with my phone lol.

Saints gambled on him in the third (he was projected a fifth rounder at best because of only one year playing)...

And he came on in the second half of his rookie year...

Think the Saints had alot to do with it...

And the real tell is gonna be what happens in Seattle...

We all saw what effect Jimmy had in the last 5 games of the season, right?

He was completely shutdown, and was reportedly healthy at the time. The league knows that Jimmy is soft. You play your most physical DB against him and he's done. Yes, pairing him with Lynch will keep some defenses off balance but what other receiving threats do the hawks have? Put your most physical guy on Jimmy and he'll be forgotten about.

Cam Jordan - Wilkerson trade. lol

Same contracts. I'll rather give Wilkerson huge contract extension.

I'd even do this: 31+one of our 5th rounders+Junior for Wilkerson.

Not sure why CJ Mosely hasn't been brought in for a visit.

Maybe he would be to expensive.

There are two CJ Mosley's... The stud LB for the Ravens and a bum DT who is the free agent.

Free agent DT Barry Cofield hopes hip surgery to fix torn labrum can reinvigorate career

Know this guy is coming back from a serious injury, but I'd love to bring him along and let him help mentor John Jenkins...

At full strength, Cofield would be a superb rotation nose tackle...

And he's got the portfolio as a tough cat who gets it done...

April 23: Tight end Colt Lyerla was cut by the Packers eight months ago, but is fully recovered from a knee injuryand is making a plea to NFL teams to give him a look. He's dealt with off-field issues, but has a high ceiling...

May 13: A second wave of free agency could start now that unrestricted free agents can sign with a new team without affecting the compensatory draft pick formula.

May 13: Defensive lineman Corey Wootton worked out for the Lions, who are currently one player short of the 90-man roster limit.

Wanted us to accumulate some 7th rounders last year and gamble one on Tight end Colt Lyerla and (I think this was 2014) NT Geathers (who went UDFA to Chargers and made the team). Note we ended up with a need in both positions

While I think we've got plenty of options at wide receiver, both for depth and development...

I would like to see us bring in another big (i.e. 6' 4"+) tight end...

Really wanted us to draft late or make a priority free agent signing out of TE Brian Parker, Albany (NY)...

Guard as well as Tight End available?!?

Evan Mathis, Tim Wright hit market: Will New Orleans Saints make a play? | NOLA.com

Re: PFF 2015 free agents

Evans makes sense. beat that drum all off season already. has probably two more years left in the tank before he starts to decline. benefit of becoming a starter late ones career. top 5 OL anyone?

Tim Wright? watch him last year and he might be an ok addition. he was the key to the Logan Mankins cap causality trade (4th & Wright ). Plus the pats need a stop gap measure for Rob.

Scott Chandler signing made him expendable and showed the Pats probably had little faith in him.

But he was not all that bad either.

I would rank it as a ho hum move myself. nothing great but not a sign of desperation at the TE position either.

Re: PFF 2015 free agents

Sure did quiet down alot regarding TE Jermaine Gresham...

Wonder what DL Red Bryant is doing these days as he was still effective?!?

Consider Dan Connolly affordable vs Mathis for interior OL depth...

Would Zach Strief put in a word for fellow NW alum DL Barry Cofield?!?
