These guys are playing it safe and trying to hang on to their draft status - kinda like prevent D... To me, this is the time you ball-out, perform as it is your life on the line - win your future team over... Let's see who you really are instead of listening your agent to get that Big Mo - and it shows they're more like a Byrd... |

Potential late round sleeper...
Pro Day March 30: Yale, South Dakota State & TCU | Draft Analyst Yale linebacker Matt Oplinger was not rated by scouts entering the season but after a campaign which included 42 tackles and 11.5 sacks, he’s now on their radar. Seven teams including the San Francisco 49ers, New York Giants, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions made their way to New Haven, Connecticut this morning and Oplinger did not disappoint. Oplinger measured 6022/250 pounds, completed 25 reps on the bench press, touched 32 inches in the vertical jump as well as an impressive 10-feet-5-inches in the broad jump. He timed 4.75s in the forty, 4.49s in the short shuttle and 7.38s in the three cone then looked real good in drills. Oplinger, who could land in the final rounds of the draft, is scheduled to wokout for the New Orleans Saints. |

Yeah I’m starting to board the Taven Bryan train. That explosiveness is just incredible. There’s a lot of projecting with Bryan though because the production wasn’t really there and his instincts are really lacking. He fires into the backfield like the Tasmanian Devil and over-pursues sometimes. Ryan Nielsen would have to get him to reign it in a little. You can’t teach that explosion though.

So USA has this happening...

With such few needs, this makes no sense...and I'm not convinced Landry can get it done against superior talent...
