As for Gardner, this guy was rated as a 1st/2nd round player on a lot of scouts draft board. Maybe he turns out to be Malcolm Jenkins (Philly version) in a year or two.

Never mind, my math is bad. So we gave up our 5th to make this move. I definitely don't like that as much.

Nice pick there, cost a bit to move up for our guys but quality over quantity is always the better move and got to players that could have gone higher

The Saints roster is solid. It will be extremely difficult for a 5th rounder to make the team.

Watch his youtube highlight reel. Dude is a headhunter and a ballhawk. Malcolm Jenkins never covered like that. What is the knock on this guy?
