Payton's Play Calling
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Brees handicaps Payton’s playbook now. He has no deep ball and when it goes deep it’s basically a pick waiting to happen. I don’t put it on Payton, thought play calling was ok. Clock management was poor at the end ...

Brees handicaps Payton’s playbook now. He has no deep ball and when it goes deep it’s basically a pick waiting to happen. I don’t put it on Payton, thought play calling was ok. Clock management was poor at the end of regulation. You could blame Payton for not having the team pumped up or drinking to kool-aid, but didn’t have issue with play calling.
