Look into Cooks numbers:
3 years with Drew Brees 20 TD longest in NO 50, 71, 98 Declining arm
1 year with Brady 7 TD longest in NE 64 good arm
2 years with Goff 7 TD longest in LA 57 strong arm
1 year with Watson 6 TD longest in HO 57 cannon arm
4 year TD total: 20 TD

He's done no better with non declining arms. In fact took him one more year to equal his stay in NO.

Yds Per Catch 15 vs 2015 13.5 hmmmm? again!
Longest 98 yds vs 2015 71, more again hmmmm?
Passes over 20 yds 15 vs 2015 18
Passes over 40 yds 6 vs 2015 5
This on the heels of playing 4 years with 3 different QB'S to equal the 20 TD'S he accrued in 3 years with a "declining" Brees throwing to him

Appears to me someone else's skills were in decline.

No way would I trade picks for Stafford or Watson. I’d keep them, replenish talent, and bet on Winston. Only QB I would trade for would be Rodgers.
