In that second vid clip, how long is Ramz supposed to stay engaged with his man before a possible hold? Then she goes on to say "should have been an easy push to the ground". Nothing is easy in the NFL. JW had 4+ seconds of protection and no one was open downfield.

McCoy can't come back soon enough. He's been a missing cog on this line.

Lots of blame to go around however saying "O effort" is a bit short-sighted on her part.

Ha!!! Cmon man! Winston has only attempted 63 passes in 3 games. He only has 387 yards. Good enough for 30th in the NFL in both categories. Btw, he's only been completing 60% of his passes. Also good for 30th.

Winston has done nothing impressive. I'm not buying into him yet. No way.

So what do we do J? Insert Trevor S? Taysom H or the rookie Ian Book ?

I just don't see this offense or ANY QB on this roster doing anything remotely better than JW without weapons at WR/TE. Is Winston holding on to the ball a second too long? Maybe but I don't see any guys downfield creating any separation whatsoever. Route runners - see Chiefs, Rams, or Cowboys.

Collectively, this entire offensive line needs to perform better as well. It ain't all on Jameis.

I would agree that Winston has been a bit unremarkable outside of that nice TD pass to the wee-man in week one but he is avoiding the turnovers as well. It seems like he's playing a bit scared right now but I'm not ready to see any of the saints backups in the QB role yet.

On watching people’s and media reaction to the game I’ve noticed a common idea. There is a rush to criticize Winston for his low passing yardage total, yet he is criticized for throwing a pass that resulted in a TD. 🤔

The media is against Jameis Winston. Every single thing he does is put under a microscope and hyper scrutinized. They replayed his post game interview where he mentioned what his trainer said and purposely cut it short as if he didn’t repeat what he was told a few seconds later. He has so much pressure on his face. The fact he was willing to try and put this team on his shoulders after somebody like Brees shows me a lot of toughness and character. Our fan base doesn’t make it easier either.

Agreed K! I'm not saying that it's all on him man. I was just saying that him having less Ints than Mahomes doesn't resonate as some kind of awesome stat to me when he doesn't throw the ball much and doesn't do anything really spectacular. i was replying to Smashy's post. That's all. And nah, idk if we have a better QB on the roster. Certainly not Trevor!

Yes Brees spoiled us. Lol. Everyone is gonna suck compared to him. Lol. There's no way around that.

Re: Observations from the Saints' Win over the Patriots

I understand it's a week-to-week league however we should be able to gain some momentum offensively against the Giants on Sunday.

They (HC JJudge/media) are already hinting that Jason Garrett could be relieved of his OC duties if they continue to underperform. This is a Jacksonville Jaguar level bad team.
