this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Put throwing the ball away in his repertoire, and he's plenty good. I would Ike to see Hill start just to shake things up. They have came out flat the last two weeks....

Re: Trevor Siemian
Get better receivers in the 2022 draft & Free Agency.
Dawgs, guys willing to lay it on the line, make the contested catch. TALENT. We have one legit route runner on the roster and he’s done for season. For the most part, Jameis/Trevor have been throwing to 2nd/3rd tier WRS. |

Re: Trevor Siemian
Is it the QB/is it the WR & TEs? To me it's both. Trevor can get hot but is not always accurate, and the catchers are not always catching or separating. Myself I put blame 65/35 catcher vs QB.
IMO as good as Trevor has been, at this point in his career, when it comes to the last, or most crucial play of the game the ball needs to be in our playmakers hands - Harris, Ingram or when he comes back AK not the QB. |

Re: Trevor Siemian
Go look at some of Trevor's tape from his Denver days.
Demarius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders had no problems catching his passes. Trevor is plenty good enough to lead the troops but he simply doesn't have many options on the receiving end. |

Re: Trevor Siemian
Trevor can be the team's long term solution. I truly like the guy. We just lack pass catchers. Kamara returning will help a ton. We need other options though. People were laughing at me a couple of weeks ago, but he's been pretty much putting the ball into people's breadbaskets for the last 2 weeks and the losses can't be attributed to him

Re: Trevor Siemian
Even Siemian's critics would have to agree he's been competent. Coach can work with that. Now lets get somebody that knows how to play WR in the NFL. Just one. Oh, and a TE that doesn't suck.

Re: Trevor Siemian
If it was possible to release a player during a game, I would have released Trautman during the game last week. The dude may have potential, but he is playing like straight trash.
