Perhaps not. But that's why it's called a mock draft. Emphasis on the word mock. Draft talk is all just speculation at this point, but you could say that about message boards in general. I don't see what the big deal is.

He's wishful thinking on my part, he'll be gone in the teens, but...

I can tell you this, I looked pretty smart when I told buddies that the Saints would draft Kenny Vaccaro from Texas a month before the draft.

I don't know anything about draft prospects. I got that from y'all.

Re: 2014 NFL Draft

2nd mock, here goes.
Round 1- Calvin Pryor FS Louisville
Finally get a FS to replace Jenkins
Round 2-Ra'Shede Hageman DT Minnesota
Could make a real good front great for years to come
Round 3-Byran Stork C Florida State
Would look great allowing Brees to step up and also bolster run game.
Round 4- Jordon Matthews WR Vanderbuilt
I think he falls right into our lap.
Round 5- Andrew Jackson ILB Western KY.
Extreamly hard hitter, presents is felt on the field. Patterns his play after Ray Lewis.
Round 6- Spencer Long G Nebraska
Potential top 100 pick in this years draft before tearing ACL. Athletic, good on passing downs and run game, Sleeper pick.
Lot depends on what the FO does with Graham.

Pryor is starting to grow on me...

No way Hageman falls that far to the second round; he's a first rounder...

I like this but I'd take Jarvis Landry in the 2nd and DT Justin Ellis in the 4th. Landry could be the successor to Colston. Good hands nice athleticism. Ellis looked good in both the East-West game and the Senior Bowl. Run stopper who is athletic enough to get after the quarterback.
