Do what you always done. Get what you always got. I love Sean and hope he stays. It's a cultural change that's needed We need a spark plug / fire cracker type personality of influence. Whether it be a player or a coach.

If we miss the playoffs at 10-6, yes his job is safe.
If we finish 6-10, he's a goner and should be as well as Loomis. |

You aren't paying attention. Despite all the upgrades we made at nearly every position, and finishing 7-9 last year, we're obviously gonna finish with less than 5 wins. /sarcasm
We have way too many fan-pussies on this site. |

Re: Is Sean Paytons Job safe if we miss the playoffs?
I was in favor of keeping Sean at the end of last season. When he said he felt reinvigorated I felt we would be on the right track this season. However the preseason has been shockingly bad. I'm surprised by Drew's in completion stats and am seriously concerned about what their performance will be for the season. Should we loose the first regular season game at home we would have reason to think we will perform at the same level we have for the last 2 seasons.
I don't want to see Sean go and the verdict is still pending. |

Re: Is Sean Paytons Job safe if we miss the playoffs?
SP is too serious now and it's just not the same. He's no longer the kind of character coach he used to be. The one that would joke with the sportscasters on draft day, make jokes in press conferences. That Payton is gone.
