PJ being full go doesn't surprise me at all. He was most likely full go before the season was over, but because of all the other injuries he was forced onto the IR prematurely. This is why I hope the NFL institutes an IR system somewhat like that of baseball where any player can be returned. Pat Kirwin of NFL Radio has been lobbying for that for some time now. The only reason it is the way it is now is because the NFL was worried about teams stashing away players with fake injuries. That can be easily addressed with an independent medical examiner that can give approval for players going on and coming off IR.
