And who has used "inexact" as an excuse for failure? It is not an excuse. It is a descriptive adjective describing the basic nature of the NFL draft. |

Mayock knows talent, but he may be out of his depth right now as GM... Then there's whether or not Coach Gruden is doing his job to maximize putting the talent in the best possible position to win... My argument has been that Payton spends too much time in evaluating and making personnel decisions and not coaching players up as he did earlier in his tenure...
