If I were a betting man Allen get the nod and everyone get a push salary wise to stay and Richard’s is promoted to DC.

Everything is the evaluated post 2022.

I would expect the Saints to be favorites at winning the division in 2022 given the current landscape. Tampa Bay went all in with free agents the past two seasons. They now have a very real reason to rebuild. Carolina and Atlanta remain bleh.

I'm for Allen. He's grown as a defensive coordinator here and I have no reason to think he won't grow as Head Coach. He has past bad experience and has also been working with a master now for a long time. Continuity for him as well as us would be great. I say it's worth it as it is minimal risk and keeps us on track. Remember THIS coaching staff went through this crazy season together. I BELIEVE THEY WILL BE STRONGER FOR IT. Pull the trigger Ms. B!

Actually, never thought of Doug Peterson. Maybe we should take a hard look.
