"***k New Orleans"

Wouldn't you think the same thing? After all, New Orleans gave Winston two single year ****ty deals then gave Taysom Hill a 4 year cow.

If Loomis or Allen called me my reply would be ***k you, ***k your lack of faith and loyalty. I will make my own gumbo in Pittsburgh or maybe Indianapolis.
Just curious Oak, you earlier asked for reasons why Winston would want to come back here. Rez and I gave you several. Did you have any thoughts on those ?

As for the scenario you describe I don’t see why Winston would be pissed. He wouldn’t have come back for second time if he had hard feelings. He was clearly awarded the starting job and would certainly have been rewarded with a new contract had he not been cheap shotted by the bucks. I guess I must have missed it if he was upset and said “F New Orleans”.

Sh1t you not. Yes and I’ve typed two responses lol. First one was at home but forgot to hit send before leaving for the office. Second one I was reading to make sure it made sense then the phone rang, mouse got bumped during the call, browser got closed and all was lost lol.

The short of it is yes I understand the ‘close to home aspect’ which is definitely in our favor. On the playbook familiarity I’ll write more later when I have time. I saw your question on Franchise Tag and they can but the problem is cap space and that tag being a one year all in hit. Loomis would have to restructure his azz off if that’s the best use of the tag.

QB Tag is $28.5MM this year

No, I would not franchise tag either. But it may set a basis for negotiation. Also, don’t you think signing into the NFC south gives you a very good chance to make the playoffs ?
