NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports the Saints are "closing in on a multiyear contract extension" with DE Tanoh Kpassagnon.
Kpassagnon signed with the Saints two years ago and is set to become a free agent in the spring. He has six sacks and as many TFLs in 23 appearances with the team. The Saints have numerous defensive linemen with expiring contracts this offseason. Bringing back Kpassagnon gives them some flexibility with who the are forced to let walk. |
