Looked like the air was let out when Carr hit hurt and he took over. Defense played good until Green Bay saw #27 on the field. He was abused like a stray dog. 67 out of their 80 yard td drive was PI calls.
Dennis Allen crapped the bed.

You cannot really think the team would not rally around Winston. I haven’t heard or seen any players discredit Winston. I swear y’all act like Winston is out there trying to lose the game. Last season when he beat GB some of y’all still said he didn’t do enough but Carr was completely ineffective in the first half. If GB didn’t give us the short field we probably don’t score that first TD.

Our 4th quarter defense is terrible…11 points last week and 18 this week. That is a recipe for disaster when you have an offense that isn’t capable of putting 2 TD up per game.

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss to Packers

I’m tired of the Winston vs Carr. This was a team loss from coaching to player execution. The O-Line is the biggest issue right now. Can’t block for run or pass. Neither QB has done anything so far this season which is very disheartening with all the weapons we have on offense.

At the end of the game, say what you want, Winston put us in position to reclaim the lead and Grupe missed. That’s not on Winston. It’s not Winston’s fault that the WRs were running the wrong routes.

Man…I don’t know why everyone hates Winston so much. He’s been nothing but a team player since he came here and has a winning record as a starting Quarterback for the Saints.

“Happier”? This is the farthest from happy I’ve been in a long while. What I’m soaking in, is my beloved Saints SUCKING today, and the anticipation of more suckiness to come, that will not be addressed by anyone or anything besides your rose colored glasses.

Re: Observations from the Saints Loss to Packers

Can a team have confidence in any QB if they have no confidence in the oline? Does our oline deserve confidence? If the team seemed to progressively lose confidence in the QB over the course of the game maybe thats because our oline came in with two big liabilities, added a third when Ruiz went down, proved it when the backups struggled, and sealed the doubts when Carr got hurt. I guess we could had a young mobile QB who makes quick decisions and negates all that, but we don't.

Report that Carr's injury may not be season ending.
