That's what I've read... They will remove the transition tag from Vernon and he'll hit the market. With him being so young though his price tag will be at least $10 mil/year. I'm not opposed to it though.

I'd love to see Wallace here, him and Cooks would be the 2nd coming of Meachem and Devery. Two deep threats that you have to respect so then the medium and short range passes are wide open. That's what made this offense so dangerous in the past

I'd say he's past his prime, and he's the kinda guy who tends to air his grievances publicly. I'd rather see them pursue Rishard Matthews from Miami if they're gonna address WR through free agency.

I think we do. Hasn't SP made it a point of emphasis to bring in a pass rusher this off season? Vernon is the real deal vs the run. This would be a nice start.

Edit: Since the Dolphins have rescinded their franchise tag on Vernon, he will probably command Malik Jackson type money. Jacksonville, Giants or Oakland (teams with cap space) are possible landing spots.
