What is this fool doing with a gun. Already caught with an illegal one but now a legal owner? WTF. I would ban him for life or anyone else owning an illegal gun. Gun ownership is a massive responsibility for law abiding citizens who hold the responsibility in the highest regard.

2nd degree murder is an automatic life sentence, it was said earlier in the thread somewhere...

Death would be the easy way out! If I had the power, he'd be tortured every day for the rest of his life...

I can only hope that a lot of the other "lifers" he meets in Prison are huge Saints fans, I hope they make him pay.

All the facts have not come out yet and everyone is ready to crucify the guy. He looks guilty as hell, but until we know all the facts we shouldnt rush to judgement.

Seriously?! Innocent until proven guilty right? Just the fact that he's the only one with the gun and an eye witness who he shot survived... Or the fact that he chased down Will after his car was supposedly hit; I guess that was a decent excuse to pull a gun

there is rarely a decent excuse to pull out a gun. We just dont have all the facts. Yes it looks guilty and I think he is but that is my specutlation BUT, I will always try to wait until all the facts come out to form and opinion. There is too much emotion and too little information right now for me to do that. Many policeman and citizens have had to use self defense to protect themselves. The court of public opinion will portray it as murder only to find out later there was more to the story. It often leads to people jumping to conclusions which starts riots that ultimately cause more violence.
