Turner has been absolutely awful in PreSeason; can see the team making a move (trade, waivers) and getting that third reserve lineman if it's not Fullington... Because the reserve offensive linemen have not earned a roster spot, I can even see the Saints keeping an extra RB, as trade collateral for a need... Can't see us keeping six (6) defensive ends, whether you consider Kikaha a LBer (which he should be) or a DE; Gwachum had his moment, but he's done... And I don't know what's going on with Hendrickson, but he's looking like a redshirt or worse - being squeezed out...... Payton has made some surprising changes, but he goes back to his old ways and he wants those ole veterans like Jones and/or Hughes who may be with us longer... Loewen has played bravely and Zimmer has had a nice camp, but I don't know if they've shown consistent, minimum mistake play to convince the staff - see Jones/Hughes... Loewen has definitely hustled his arse all over the field, always ends up near the ball, just don't know that's it's enough... Bighill's a great story, but he's not making this team; actually new signee Jonathan Walton has a better chance of unseating Anthony... And I'm not sure Mauti has his spot just yet, we may start the season with six LBers (not counting Kikaha)... You got the right five (5) at cornerbacks, and don't be surprised to see Saints save one of those two IR-Return Option spots and put Breaux on the active roster... Agree that Banjo now has the edge over Harris for that fifth safety roster spot... |

Re: 2017 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
You're right about the O-Line JP... I only went with Turner instead of Fullington because the latter left practice the other day with some sort of injury (specifics unknown.) If it's not significant I go with Fullington.
Khalif Barnes I included only because we have no other back-up tackle worth a darn. We could pick someone up after cut-downs to 53. Defense is a really hard call right now. As with other players, Stephone Anthony is injured and we don't know how that will effect his place on the roster. |

Take this for what it's worth regarding Stephone Anthony:

Re: 2017 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
The Dolphins and Browns have both lost their starting MLB's (Raekwon McMillan and Tank Carder, respectively)... Gotta be on the phone with those teams.

Now, there are teams that need running backs and I'd consider moving one of the back three on the depth chart... |

Re: 2017 New Orleans Saints: Roster Outlook
Something is up with Anthony. There is more to the story. He seemed to look good the first couple of days, got injured and just kind of disappeared with no real explanation.
