this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; If we drafted Jaxon Smith-Njigba to pair with Olave, I wouldn't be mad at it....

He’ll most likely be gone by our pick, but I wouldn’t be mad at Quentin Johnston either. 6’ 4”, 215, 4.4-40 time. Add another 10 lbs of muscle and you got a monster on your hands

So what you're saying is that we should trade up and snatch him before he's gone but if Quentin falls in our laps, take him because he could possibly have the skill set of Alshon Jefferey ?

How about Foster Moreau? TE.

I know we JJ (RFA) but competition is a good thing and Foster/Carr have chemistry from their playing days together in LV.

What about Darnellle Washington from Georgia at pick 40?

Yes please.

I did a player eval in the "Mock" draft post and featured Darnelle. That's another player I like a lot. Big (complete mismatch), soft hands & block well. Only knock on him I have is his average speed.

He checks a lot of boxes though.

IMO he could go late 1st round.
