I still cannot imagine, or get into the "mindset" of a customer, a consumer, a FAN that can just sit back and continue to believe that the law of supply and demand doesn't play a part in a (BIG) business, such as the Sports/Entertainment Industry. Of course it's in your control. You just don't want to demand better from your service provider. Y'all just sit back and enjoy mediocrity (at best), dismal performance (at its worst), and keep forking over your hard-earned bucks and life force to be content with more of the same.
