Don't forget Jesse James ... IMO he has more value (blocking) than old man Jimmy G.

I'll be curious to see which is still on the squad after week 3 of pre season.
Good point. Blocking ability has kept Trequan on the roster.

What do you think he can do for the team at his age? How many TD's does he need to justify a roster spot? I'm really curious about what you think the benefits are.

I think he can still move the chains and score in the redzone. I don’t see him making explosive plays, but 6’7” is 6’7”. He should still be able to use that body to shield defenders from the ball and make contested catches to help the team. I wouldn’t be mad to see jumbo sets with Johnson, Moreau, and Graham all on the field at once. It’s just an interesting chess piece that didn’t cost us much of anything. I guess what I’m saying is it doesn’t hurt to have him.

Keep an eye on these guys as well ...

James Washington (solid vet)
Keke Coutee
Brian Edwards

Then you have the rookies Shaq and AT Perry.

IMO what you see is what you are going to get with Trequan. His ceiling (year #5) has been reached as a professional.

I'm hoping one of those rookies leaves a lasting impression on the coaching staff

I am hearing good things about 3Q coming out of training camp this year. SMH He'll probably show enough to knock someone else off the roster for a spot on the final 53. I'd like it if he shows out in preseason games and we can trade him to Denver. Otherwise, it's time to build for the future and he ain't it. Give that roster spot to a rookie with skills and good health too. It would be nice if they could block like blockzilla though. Lol

We "often" hear good things about Trequan at camp .
He is what he is (medicore WR & can't stay healthy).

On a good day, he's a #4 WR and nothing more.

I saw that the Broncos just lost Tim Sutton for the season so if Tre tre gets cut ... Sean & the Broncos could call.
