Now of course switches can occur. Tannehill and Edleman are examples. But it isn't going to be an instant process.

I expect the kid will make the practice squad. Give him a year or two and then we'll see.

Or the player that takes away TommyLee's roster spot. From watching his tape, I do see some athleticism.

If I'm not mistaken, if Unger is designated to the Active/PUP (preseason) status he would still count toward roster count. That would mean a different player would be getting cut.
