A good defense will pick up the slack when the offense is not playing it's best. ie, Denvers defense in 2015 and the Super Bowl. Payton Manning was done. It was Denver's defense that shut down fig Newton and won that Super Bowl. If the Saints had a defense like that you wouldn't need to blame the offense because they didn't play lights out 100 percent of the time.
The offense is to blame for those 5 losses. Plain and simple.

Give up. He's being totally illogical. Every offense makes mistakes. An average defense would cover those mistakes. A horrible defense wouldn't. Is that the fault of the offense or the defense?

Pretty clear to anyone without an agenda.

actually, outside of a few, people like yourself and Danno, guys that were completely wrong about this team, everyone is well aware of the games our offense cost us. They cost of 5 games, 5 losses were solely on the offense.

Unfortunately you have offered nothing substantial. It is more than clear those 5 games were loss by the offense and it has already been proven.

Unfortunately you probably haven't read everything I wrote, so when you go back and look at what was already discussed come back, but those 5 losses were solely, solely on the offense. It really isn't tunnel vision, it is just facts. I didn't create them, did you actually watch those 5 games or go through the play by play to refresh your memory? It might help you to do that, maybe it would give you a different perspective.

What part of the obvious concept of if the defense and special teams were not so horrible, average mistakes by the offense that that happen to all teams would not have been game changing?

For example, Ingram had two fumbles all season. You blame two loses on him. Dallas' Elliot had FIVE fumbles but there defense and special teams made them less of an impact.

4 turnovers in a game with 1 inside your 40 and 2 inside your 30 rates as average now, I wasn't aware. Nice one

That's a nice bait and switch, but the offense was responsible for those 5 losses and reasons have already been stated. If you want to attack some of what I wrote as it pertains to those 5 games go for it.
