Ha! I had jambalaya December 19th.
[I know New Orleans cooking from a way back visit, when I also stopped by to take cooking classes from Kevin Belton]. It would have been nice to take on the Sunday win v Atlanta, but not being clairvoyant I figured I didn't want anything to overshadow (negatively) my meal. |

Making authentic Shephard's Pie (with lamb), pan sautéed lemon garlic green beans, and homemade Irish soda bread. I have Irish imported butter with garlic and herbs and an import Irish whiskey cheddar on the side. Guinness to wash it all down. I love St. Patrick's Day!

Going to head to the coast today for some New England seafood. We ain’t got crawfish but our lobster is damn good! There is a spot in Glouster (perfect storm movie) that cooks them off the boats. Heading out with wife and teenage daughter for lunch. My girl is at that age where she hates hanging out with her parents, so we had to bribe her to go out with us 😝

Slow-cooked brisket in a red wine and fajita marinade on the smoker. Wife said she wanted brisket tacos this morning. Don't get a request too often. LOL! It's usually "What ever you want to make."
