Whatever. People ***** about the draft every single year and we were still in the playoffs every single year. I don’t count last year given the circumstances. No we don’t have Brees anymore but now Winston has more to work with than Brees had in his last few years. Finally have a pretty sure thing as far as WR goes and I would wager we find another surprise in UDFA. I’m not thrilled about our picks after day 1 either but we will see.

If we could get similar production from him it would be a GREAT pick.

While at first glance Day Three picks seem forgettable, after further investigation, they are are strong candidates to add depth. Both will likely be stashed on the practice squad. Both their RAS scores are out of sight... a common theme now with new Saints talent. Fun times to see it play out.

The only day three player we’ve drafted in the last five years who has made any contribution is CJGJ. If we want to expand it further, you can add Onyemata and Kenny Stills to make a grand total of three in the last ten years.

We draft a guy like Landon Young and people think he’s going to be our starting LT of the future and one year later we’re using a first rounder on a LT. Stop stressing about day three picks.

Guido you can stop hovering over my post bro. Duhhh it's meaningless your assumptions about Saints transactions why they did certain things is meaningless. "The teams have more information on the players than we do" No!....Really! I thought our mock drafts got sent to the Saints draft room and they went with one that best fulfilled their needs...Thanks Guido for replying

Kaden Ellis David Onyematta Paulson Adebo Trey Hendrickson Al Qadim Muhammad CJCG Troutman to name a few all were in the third round AK and Anzalone all 3rd round players. Contributors to the Saints currently or for another team at this moment . Indirect assumptions Landon Young ? Who mentioned Landon Young as an example I know the 3rd has been one of the Saints most successful rounds for drafting players in recent years and we traded both of them away. You can take your opinion and sit it right next to Landon Young wherever he may be
