Re: 2010 NFL Draft
That's because half the teams in the NFL run the 3-4 now, and he would be a stud in that base. It's silly to even bring his name up unless you think the Saints love him so much they are willing to trade their entire draft away to move up into the top 15.

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
32. New Orleans Saints: Sergio Kindle, DE/OLB, Texas
With Scott Fujita defecting for Cleveland, New Orleans' two biggest needs are now defensive end and strongside linebacker. Coincidentally, Sergio Kindle can play both. Kindle could be utilized like fellow Longhorn Brian Orakpo was used in Washington in 2009. Depending on the situation, Kindle could drop into coverage or rush the passer from the defensive end position. I'm sure Gregg Williams would love to have someone with Kindle's versatility on the roster. WalterFootball.com: 2010 NFL Mock Draft: First Round Continued compliments of walterfootball.com |

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
Whoever wrote that mock draft must be high on crack. Kindle will be long gone at 32. Long gone.

I think the year we picked 17th (2007??), there were 25 players that posters said would be long gone by the time we pick. |

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
Unless they find a dead hooker, illegal aliens, or 200 lbs of Chronic in his trunk prior to the draft, he will be long gone by the time we pick at #32.

Predraft reading mat'l...
JERRY HUGHES, DE/OLB, TCU JAHVID BEST, RB, CALIFORNIA BRIAN PRICE, DT, UCLA MAURKICE POUNCEY, C, FLORIDA CHAD JONES, S, LOUISIANA STATE EVERSON GRIFFEN, DE, SOUTHERN CAL COREY WOOTTON, DE, NORTHWESTERN CHRIS COOK, CB, VIRGINIA NATE ALLEN, FS, SOUTH FLORIDA DARYL WASHINGTON, OLB, TCU However, beginning to think that all this is a deep draft the Redskins should be considered as a potential trade partner to grab an impact player by moving Jamaal Brown to swap No. 1's and pick up an additonal R3 pick... |
