I heard on NFL Radio this morning that Vea was better fitted to play in a 3-4 scheme. I don't know enough about him personally, but we have had far too many defensive draft choices that were bad scheme fits.

He may be but he'll do well on either. We want draft him.

The Saints are sitting in great shape as far as the cap goes.

I want to see what kind of hands he has in packer land around december, i know them hands will not be waffle irons, more like oven muffins.

Anybody think we could squeeze out a 2nd round pick out of Buffalo for Armstead. Incognito is retiring leaving them without a G.

I love his play when healthy but he's never healthy.

I'd rather trade Armstead straight up for a late Day 1 or very early Day 2 pick and take Mike Gesicki or even Hayden Hurst...

I'd probably use that pick on an offensive lineman and target a tight end with our third round pick - Dalton Schultz...

No way I want to see us give up draft capital like that for a player with one, two years left to his career, even Gronk...

But I do find the recruitment of Austin Howard interesting though because he could easily handle right tackle duties...

Jets have made contact, but it's looking like teams will let the draft play out then come back and visit with Hankins...

GMs may use the draft to leverage against his agent's asking price which is probably just below that of Snacks and Suh...

With the Buckeyes in our locker room, Payton liking in-house scouting - I find it curious, no telling, he wasn't brought in for a visit...

Other than a Breaux, which needs to happen, and maybe a Vaccaro reunion, we may be done until post-draft UDFA signings...

Curious if the Saints would bring in G Luke Joeckel for a peak under the hood to see if there's anything salvageable to a disappointing career...

Another guy I'd like to bring in for depthis RB Orleans Darkwa as I don't see Ingram returning next year with his contract expectations...

And Johnathan Hankins strikes me as a another Fairley who'll need to be re-signed to a series of one-year contracts - guaranteed Big Mo, he sits on his @ss...

Would love to see Darkwa and sign Hankins if we don't get Hurst in the trade up for the Colts 2nd 2nd round pick in the top 5
