I'll take him as a 3 or 4, but I hope they take his injury history into consideration with this contract.

Wait, what? Gotta be a camp body.

So he visits Atlanta and leaves with no contract yet the Saints still re signs this guy? I get the "vet min, knows the offense" crap but damn, this guy is nothing more than a #4 WR. We need playmakers.

INSANITY = doing the same thing over expecting different results .

Dennis Allen is going to have to learn the hard way I suppose.

Maybe he'll shock the world and surprise us, but I ain't holding my breath for it. Lord have mercy...

Correct.

Scantling would be in Jacksonville if the price was right.

Let’s see here. Free agents DJ Chark, Allen Robinson III, Christian Kirk, Scantling, James Crowder & Juju Schuster are all signed with their new teams.

I don’t see much left out there left in Free Agency land at a position of NEED.

Relying on MT who hasn’t played in over a year coming off 2 ankle surgeries is risky as hell. Drafting for need is often times a bad thing.

Meanwhile we are sitting on a pile of money.

That wait and see with Watson really hurt; really hurt; while I was relieved Watson didn't pick the Saints; really felt he wasn't gone pick the Saints...

If Loomis knew there were gonna pay Winston as they had, they should've just signed him right off and got a WRz (e.g. D.J. Chark) done and then focus on the draft...

Reacting inside of leading has always been Loomis' modus operandi; he really should've retired when Payton left as a Yes Man was no longer needed...

It’s super early in the Dennis Allen era but damn, rough start thus far.

Better get some dawgs if you want to compete.

In his defense (no pun, no pun) Sean left us kinda screwed. That WR room is awful. No TE worth a flip. A line that's not nearly as good as Drew made it appear. And a QB who may or may not have shed his knack for interceptions. We do know that when he plays safe the O (with all the other acknowledgements) was a bottom dweller. If we turn him lose like Tampa did, well, who knows? We spent so much time (and waited a year too long if you ask me) kicking the cap can down the road the FA market escaped us. When is it time to (a) start blaming Allen or (b) start blaming Sean?

Our defense is full of dawgs. And as you pointed out, it's super early.

But, what FA WR's have the Saints missed out on that they should have signed so far? And should we have paid more to get them? Honestly wondering.

Odd you can't find a tweet with the answers to your questions - funny how you answer questions with more questions. Aren't you the "insider"?

Getting outbid for talent that was not coming here anyway. This puts pressure on the draft. We'll see how this works out.

Sony Michel, Marlon Mack, or Melvin Gordon could help at RB.

The suspension for Kamara could be a minimum of 6 to 8 games.
