Starting cooking for my party tomorrow. Made a rue and have trinity simmering for a gumbo. Got a mushroom and onion sauce going I’m gonna pour over meatballs in a slow cooker. Later gonna start a pot of warm queso dip and my wife is going to make chicken enchiladas. Gonna have a rum cake and a chocolate sheet cake for sweets (gonna do those tomorrow). That concludes all the cooking I will do. The rest is chips/veggies/salsas etc.
