If we go O line with our first pick, then I’d like to go D line with our second. I’m really liking Darius Robinson for that pick if he’s there. He’s almost exactly same height and weight as Cam Jordan and can potentially be just as good. He also has the versatility to slide inside as well. I think he may be gone by late first round though.

In the last 12 months the Saints gave fresh new high dollar contracts/extensions to two defensive ends, used their 1st round pick at Defensive Tackle, and signed two additional defensive tackles to mid-tier free agent contracts. If defensive line and particularly pass rush are our biggest need, or even second biggest need, that is to some degree and indictment of the front office.
