What’s on the menu!

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Looks like I'm going to South America for Thanksgiving, so I made a mini turkey dinner for the rams game Sunday. Stuffed turkey wings, collard greens, and eggplant casserole. It was so yummy!...

Re: What’s on the menu!

Ha! I had jambalaya December 19th.
[I know New Orleans cooking from a way back visit, when I also stopped by to take cooking classes from Kevin Belton].
It would have been nice to take on the Sunday win v Atlanta, but not being clairvoyant I figured I didn't want anything to overshadow (negatively) my meal.

A cooking class with Belton would be a good time. I hope it was and that you learned a few things.
